Shell investment casting technology of RSC - shorter cycle times by rapid shell casting through drying tunnel
Each prototypical model becomes individual - partly in different binding variations - product ceramic slurries and tied to the grape. With a special energy entry on the still green shells in a tunnel drying arrangement we accelerate the drying and stabilisation processes in the form.
Monitored system, specific parameters such as temperature, air circulation and moisture conditions are a continuous flow shell (18 cups in a permanent cycle of different drying and stabilization phases)
This technology has helped to build in a short time ceramic molds for high-melting alloys such as cast iron, tempered and stainless steels. We can also pour aluminum, zinc and brass with the shell investment casting, when the parts for our cuvette fine cast are too large or the numbers are too large.
